The Turned Out Zipper Pouch may look like an ordinary pouch, but it is full of features!

• Wide base, so it easily stands up by itself
• Fully lined
• A recessed zipper, so that it opens wide for easy access
• Pieces that are stitched and turned through before being joined together
• Supported by a full video tutorial.

Size 1: 7” wide x 5” high x 2¼” deep

Size 2: 9¾” wide x 7” high x 3” deep

Size 1 is a straightforward design, just a plain, lined interior, but size 2 has lots of different options.

• A wrist-strap, connected with a d-ring and lobster clasp
• An unusual zipped inner pocket, where the zip faces upwards, making it easy to grab and open
• A triple pleated pocket, with three flaps with hook and loop closures
• An alternative lining piece, to make a plain interior
• The option of making a triple pleated pocket without flaps
• Or you could make the pleated pocket with an elasticated top, from cotton fabrics or from mesh.
• As with Hazel's other patterns there are dots, notches and stitching lines to make it easy to get a great finish.
