Orders posted through Royal Mail Tracked 48 aim to be delivered within 2-3 working days. We aim to process all orders within 2-3 working days, Monday - Friday. 

Returns

• We try our best to make sure all of our products are described in full detail. Photographs cannot be guaranteed to show an exact colour, as all screens show colours differently.
• Cut fabric, ribbons and trims or personalised items, can only be returned if they are faulty. Please contact us at hello@sewfabulousfabrics.co.uk before returning anything so we can advise the best way to proceed. Once your return has been received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you of the outcome. We will either send out a replacement, if still in stock, or issue a refund along with the original postage costs, which will be in the form of a credit applied to your original method of payment. 
• Unused and unopened items, excluding cut fabric, sewing patterns and personalised items may be returned in their original condition within 14 days for an exchange or refund. Please contact us at hello@sewfabulousfabrics.co.uk first. You will be responsible for the postage costs, and we recommend that you send the package as a recorded delivery, and that you obtain proof of postage.
