Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries,.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
We currently have two options for the Fabulous Fabric Club Subscription - your payment will be taken every 2 months automatically if you chose the Bi-Monthly Subscription, or every 6 months if you chose the 3 box option. The Fabulous Quilters Club Subscription is ending in November 2025, therefore payment for this box will be a one off payment and the box will be dispatched at the end of November 2025.
UK Postage is included in the price. We currently only deliver to the UK, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man.
When does my subscription box arrive?
If you order before the 28th of the month your subscription box will arrive on your doorstep around the 6th of the following month. So if you subscribe in April, your box will arrive around the 6th of May. While your subscription is active, your boxes will arrive every two months.
What is different about the 6 month subscription? (3 boxes over 6 months, 1 box every 2 months)
The payment for 3 boxes is taken in full when you subscribe. You save 10% on the full price, so instead of paying £78 for 3 boxes you will pay £70. You can cancel your 6 month subscription at any time during the 6 months, and you will still receive all 3 boxes.

What should l do if my box doesn't arrive?
If your parcel doesn't arrive by the 15th, please email us to let us know at hello@sewfabulousfabrics.co.uk. We send out our Subscription Boxes by Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. Royal Mail state that packages will be considered missing at 10 days past the due date, so we can then sort out a replacement box
Returns
Subscription boxes can only be returned if they are faulty. Please contact us at hello@sewfabulousfabrics.co.uk to arrange any returns. We will reimburse any postage costs and send out a replacement free of charge as soon as we have received the item from you.
