So you have decided to treat yourself to one of our Fabulous Fabric boxes - thank you and welcome! This is what you need to know:
How does it all work?
First of all, you decide which package is best for you. We currently have two subscriptions to choose from: a Bi-Monthly Subscription - Fabulous Fabric Club and a Three Box Subscription - Fabulous Fabric Club (3 boxes over 6 months) and the Fabulous Quilters Club. Check the guides below to find out when you would receive your box.

You can choose to pay a one off payment for either of the boxes, or sign up for a subscription which will save you money and you will receive your box every 2 months for the duration of your subscription. You can cancel anytime by logging into your account on the website. After you have placed your subscription you will receive an email confirming your order.
Your payment will be taken every 2 months automatically if you chose the Bi-Monthly Subscription, or every 6 months if you chose the 3 box option.
Do I pay postage on top of the price of the subscription box?
No! UK Postage is included in the price. We currently only deliver to the UK, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man.
When does my subscription box arrive?
If you order before the 28th of the month your subscription box will arrive on your doorstep around the 6th of the following month. So if you subscribe in April, your box will arrive around the 6th of May. While your subscription is active, your boxes will arrive every two months.
What is different about the 6 month subscription? (3 boxes over 6 months, 1 box every 2 months)
The payment for 3 boxes is taken in full when you subscribe. You save 10% on the full price, so instead of paying £72 for 3 boxes you will pay £64.80.
You can cancel your 6 month subscription at any time during the 6 months, and you will still receive all 3 boxes.

How do I manage my subscription?
Log into your account and you will find an icon named Your Subscriptions, then click View Subscription Details to manage your subscription. Here you can cancel, change payment method, change address or contact Sew Fabulous Fabrics.
If you wish to cancel your subscription you will need to log into your account at least 3 days before the date you initially set it up, otherwise you will be charged for the next subscription box. If you cancel after the renewal date you will still be charged and be sent your final box.

How do I manage my subscription?
To manage your subscription through PayPal you need to sign into your PayPal account where you can cancel or pause your subscription.
If you wish to cancel your subscription you will need to log into your PayPal account at least 3 days before the date you initially set it up. If you cancel after the renewal date you will still be charged and be sent your final box.
If you have subscribed to a Three Box subscription and cancelled during the 6 month period, you will still receive the three boxes according to the schedule on your chosen subscription.
What should l do if my box doesn't arrive?
If your parcel doesn't arrive by the 15th, please email us to let us know at hello@sewfabulousfabrics.co.uk. We send out our Subscription Boxes by Royal Mail second class delivery. Royal Mail state that packages will be considered missing at 10 days past the due date, so we can then sort out a replacement box
Returns
We try our best to make sure all of our products are described in full detail. Photographs cannot be guaranteed to show an exact colour, as all screens show colours differently.
Cut or personalised items, including our subscription boxes, can only be returned if they are faulty. Please contact us at hello@sewfabulousfabrics.co.uk to arrange any returns. We will reimburse any postage costs and send out a replacement free of charge as soon as we have received the item from you.
Unused and unopened items, excluding cut or personalised items and our subscription boxes, may be returned in their original condition within 14 days for an exchange or refund. Please contact us at hello@sewfabulousfabrics.co.uk first. You will be responsible for the postage costs, and we recommend that you send the package as a recorded delivery, and that you obtain proof of postage.
